📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Email clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, packing slip, and affected item(s) to medicpharma.net@gmail.com.

🔎 Lost in Transit

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate the package, or if tracking stalls for more than 3 days, contact us within 48 hours. We will open a carrier investigation and keep you updated throughout.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resaleable condition with all original labels intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened medications, consumables, and used items cannot be returned unless they are confirmed defective on arrival (DOA). This policy complies with pharmacy regulations.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. After validation, we will arrange a reship or full refund based on your preference and stock availability.

To exchange an item, initiate a return first and then place a new order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–10 business days.
